Awkward moment

Twilight: But... why were you so nice when I was little?
Cadance: Duh, I was being paid to foalsit you.
Twilight: Oh... well, good luck with all of this *teleports back to ponyville*

So we're never actually told explicitly when Queen Chrysalis swaps places with Cadance... obviously it's supposed to happen before the episode starts, cos Cadance isn't a meanie and is awesome and stuff, but this idea amused me so I made it flesh, or at least... digital... or something.


Oh right, so why doesn't Twilight just teleport out of there? Is she unable to teleport alicorns for some reason? Were the gemstones interfering with her spells? Did she use up too much MP firing her random attack spells at the gemstones???
